American White Oak Timber (Quercus Alba) is distinct from Western Europe Oak (Quercus Robur & Petraea). It is generally produced from a smaller log and is less durable than the European variety. American White Oak is commonly used for interior joinery, furniture and kitchens and many other applications. Oak Quadrant is manufactured using specially selected material, ensuring superior quality for applications when it matters. Due to their curved profile, quadrants are ideal for use when joining gaps between internal corners and expansion gaps around laminate and real wood flooring. Imported from Sweden or the Baltic States most of our timber is grown in managed forests with extremely long growing cycles, our Timber has an extremely high yield from C16 graded timber to suit all your building requirements.
